Customize AI chatbot interface

Access the Customization section in the left-hand menu to tailor your chatbot's interface to your business's unique style. 

You can also preview your customizations live in the right-hand panel of the Customize section.

Name 

By default, the AI chatbot takes the domain name as its name. You can change the chatbot's name as needed.

Upon creation, the AI chatbot will default to using the favicon (website icon) from the website address as its logo. If you want to change the logo, you can upload an image file in JPG, PNG, JPEG, or WEBP format (maximum 2MB).

Color

Similar to the logo, the default color of the chat frame is the primary color of your website. However, you can adjust the color by selecting a color from the available palette or entering a custom color code.

Welcome Message

Displayed both inside and outside the chat frame to encourage user interaction. The content of the greeting (tone, word choice, icons) will partially influence the chatbot's personality when interacting with users.

Quick Prompts

Enter quick chat suggestions for users (usually the most frequently asked questions). You can enter multiple quick prompts as needed.

Automated turn on chat widget

There are 2 options:

  • Disable auto-display: The AI chatbot, when integrated into the website, will always be in a minimized state (as shown in the image) until the user clicks the chat button to start a conversation.

  • Enable (with a default system time) from 3, 5, 10, 30 seconds: when a user visits the website, the chat frame will automatically pop up to encourage user interaction with the AI chatbot.

Button Size

There are 3 sizes for the chat button: small, medium, and large. To select the appropriate size, click on the "Chat button size" box.

Alignment and Spacing

The chat frame is positioned on the right by default. To adjust the margin, click on the "Left" box in the Margin section.

For the margin (the distance from the screen to the chat frame), you can customize the display position for both desktop and mobile versions.

Note: After making customizations, you need to click "Save" to complete the action. Any customizations that have not been saved will not take effect.
