After creating an AI chatbot using your domain on EasyChatGPT, you can further train it by inputting sample Q&A, uploading documents, and more in the "Data Sources" section.

Website Data

The AI chatbot created will default to learning data from the entered domain. EasyChatGPT will prioritize links from important pages such as Home, About Us, Products, Services, etc..

Note: EasyChatGPT can only scan pages that have been declared in a sitemap submitted to search engines. Before feeding data to EasyChatGPT, you should:

• Check your website in "Disable JavaScript" mode: Use browser developer tools to see how your website appears when JavaScript is disabled.

• Use server-side rendering (SSR): SSR ensures that your website's content is always available to Google Bot, even when JavaScript is disabled.

• Optimize for search engines (SEO): Ensure your website's content is well-structured and easily understandable for both users and bots.

• Use SEO auditing tools: These tools can help you identify SEO-related issues on your website.

Data from Q&A

Sample questions serve as supplementary data for content that has not yet been updated on your website, directly addressing common user inquiries.

We accept text formats and links within the answer section of sample questions.

Note: There is no limit to the number of sample questions. When entering questions, you should:

• Group questions by topic (e.g., Products, Orders, Warranty, Contact Information).

• Phrase questions as customers would typically ask.

• Provide concise answers that include relevant keywords.

• Regularly update questions and answers based on customer feedback.

Data from Files

We accept the following file formats: PDF, CSV, DOC, TXT, XLS, with a maximum size of 10MB per file. The number of files allowed varies depending on your subscription plan (Basic, Premium, or Custom).

Requirements:

• PDF: Ensure the text is extractable (not scanned images).

• CSV: Use the first row as column headers and provide a description for each column.

• DOC/DOCX: Use built-in styles to format your text.

• TXT: Organize information in a clear structure, using spaces or special characters to separate sections.

• XLS/XLSX: Clearly name each sheet and use the first row as headers.

You can check the scanned content or rename files in the detailed document interface.

Data from Single URL and Sitemaps

Include links/sitemaps outside the default domain's sitemap. These links are often suitable for websites with multiple subdomains or businesses that own multiple websites but want to use a single bot to gain a deep understanding of the business and provide comprehensive advice.
